ProseKit

Checked 2026-10-12 against official website/docs/repository. MIT licensed. Install prosekit and follow its quick start, or use the documented shadcn registry examples for React, Vue, Preact, Svelte and Solid. Official README also supports vanilla JavaScript. The toolkit supplies editing foundations and adapters; style the editor interface or customize the provided Tailwind-based components. The website documents Yjs or Loro collaboration integration, not a bundled hosted collaboration service. Editorial: useful for teams building a custom editor UI without tying the core to one framework. Persistence, application permissions and collaboration infrastructure remain integration work. The landing embeds an intentionally scrollable editor; initial, middle and ending native scroll states were inspected separately without expanding or altering source DOM. Its narrow mobile table demo clips within the editor; test and adapt tables and toolbar layout for your product rather than treating the showcase as a finished mobile design. No application integration or independent accessibility audit performed.
