## Overview
A complete black footer mixing recent news, regional inquiry addresses, open positions and agency context in a ruled grid above an oversized white Pentagram wordmark. Inspected on 2026-10-05. The exact isolated element is `footer.footer`; a warm full-page render preceded measurement and a fresh image was cropped to its current document bounds.

## Colors
Use the observed palette tokens for the corresponding text and surfaces; photographs, artwork and gradients are not reduced to invented solid-color tokens. The interface is intentionally monochrome. Preserve the separation between white project fields, #222222 thematic bands and the true-black footer; project artwork contributes its own colors.

## Typography
The listed font families and sizes are measured CSS samples. The selected heading sample is Plain, Arial, sans-serif at 16px, weight 500, line-height 20px. A supporting paragraph sample uses 16px with 20px leading. These local samples are not a universal type scale. Child spans or image artwork can paint differently from inherited container styles. The Pentagram wordmark is SVG artwork; do not infer its typeface from the surrounding CSS.

## Layout
Desktop gives each row a left-hand label and a wider right-hand content area, separated by fine horizontal rules. News uses small images paired with text, followed by contact, career and about rows. At 390px labels move above content, contact columns remain compact, news stays image-and-copy, and social/legal links wrap below a scaled wordmark. The complete component is about 1631px tall at desktop and 1634px at mobile. Primary image dimensions are 1440 × 1632px at a 1440px viewport. The mobile evidence is 390 × 1634px at a 390px viewport. These two widths do not identify exact breakpoint thresholds.

## Elevation & Depth
Flat black background, subdued rules and white/gray type establish hierarchy. News artwork supplies the only image depth; no shadowed footer cards are needed.

## Shapes
Rectangular thumbnails and ruled rows support a dramatic, wide serif wordmark. Small category tags remain visually secondary.

## Components
Dated news links, city-specific business inquiry addresses, open job links, an about paragraph, logo, social/newsletter/careers links, privacy and cookie controls. No inquiry, newsletter subscription or job application was sent.

## Do’s and Don’ts
Keep regional contact routes legible and preserve whitespace around the oversized logo. Use current, factual news and job content when adapting; do not copy the source's company size or acclaim as a claim about another business. Provide visible focus states, meaningful alternative text and usable touch targets when adapting; no complete accessibility audit was performed.
