When to use it

Use before generating a screen, revising a vague dashboard request or making a targeted edit while preserving the surrounding design. Produces prompt text rather than a finished UI or validated design. The upstream suite documents Stitch MCP setup and dependencies; prompt quality still requires checking the generated result. OpenCode uses manual installation and tool-name adaptation. Upstream source reviewed; not installed or runtime-tested. GitHub stars are repository-wide, not skill-specific.

Installation

Run npx skills add google-labs-code/stitch-skills and select enhance-prompt, or install the stitch-utilities plugin using the README’s agent-specific instructions. Follow upstream Stitch MCP setup and include required dependencies. For OpenCode, manually copy plugins/stitch-utilities/skills/enhance-prompt into .opencode/skills/enhance-prompt; do not use the npx installer for OpenCode.

Review the source and instructions before installing in your agent.

Pair this skill with a visual reference

A skill guides how your agent works; a design reference shows the direction you want. Choose an example for a specific job, such as the headline hierarchy or form layout, and keep your project's existing design rules explicit.

Start with design references you can inspect, then use our guide to briefing an AI coding agent to turn observations into requirements. If you need implementation components, compare UI libraries for your stack.

These pages are public. Browsing a skill does not install it, and TastefulKit's design-reference MCP tools do not search the AI-skill directory.
