Google Fonts — Sliday — AI skill

When to use it

Use for typography setup on dashboards, editorial pages or landing pages. Requires Python 3 for bundled scripts, or the optional Google Fonts MCP server. Dataset tags and pairing quality are upstream editorial judgments, not measured outcomes; verify current font coverage, font licensing, language support and rendered readability. Only Google Fonts are covered. Upstream documents Claude Code skill use; Cursor and Windsurf instructions concern the separate MCP route. Not runtime-tested.

Installation

Clone https://github.com/sliday/google-fonts-skill, then use the upstream Claude Code plugin route: `claude plugin marketplace add sliday/google-fonts-skill` followed by `claude plugin install google-fonts`. Keep the bundled scripts, data and references with the skill. Python 3 is required for the skill-only fallback. Optional MCP setup is documented separately in README.md.

Review the source and instructions before installing in your agent.

Pair this skill with a visual reference

A skill guides how your agent works; a design reference shows the direction you want. Choose an example for a specific job, such as the headline hierarchy or form layout, and keep your project's existing design rules explicit.

Start with design references you can inspect, then use our guide to briefing an AI coding agent to turn observations into requirements. If you need implementation components, compare UI libraries for your stack.

These pages are public. Browsing a skill does not install it, and TastefulKit's design-reference MCP tools do not search the AI-skill directory.
